Therapy
I am currently accepting new virtual therapy clients!

I work with individuals facing challenges such as social anxiety, general anxiety, health anxiety, depression, panic, relationship issues, phobias, low self-esteem, etc. I also have dual training in Neuropsychology and am thus interested in providing therapy to individuals struggling with neurocognitive considerations (for example, concussion anxiety, post-concussive identity issues, ADHD, etc.). To learn more about what I offer at my Halifax office, please visit Green Leaf Psychological Services.

About Therapy
Is therapy effective?
In a simple answer, yes. Countless studies have shown that most people who seek therapy experience symptom relief and are able to function better in their everyday life.
